Product details

Freshly Ground Belongs in the Routine.

The quiet pause before the first cup can travel with you. OutIn Fino brings electric grinding to a cordless format, giving you a way to prepare fresh beans without carrying a countertop setup.

Adjust for the Cup You Want

The external dial has 28 marked levels with finer adjustment between them. Start with the setting suited to your brewing method, then change it gradually as you learn how your beans behave.

Make the Preparation Easy

The rotating hopper gives you access for loading and cleaning, while the detachable catch cup keeps the grounds together. One-touch operation makes the grinding step straightforward.

A Considered Travel Companion

At approximately 690g, Fino is portable rather than ultralight. Pack it where its size and weight fit your routine, whether that is a weekend bag, a camper or a small kitchen setup.

Pair It With Your Brewing Method

Use freshly ground beans with an espresso machine, pour-over or another compatible brewer. OutIn advises a setting of 2-1 or higher when pairing Fino with its portable brewers; adjust from there for your beans and recipe.

Perfect for Outins products, But not for others.
Have had the "Fino" for about 3 months now. Im very pleased with the result on my Outin "Mino", aswell as on coarser grinds (pourover)... Were it falls short is on my other espresso devise. A "ROK GC" with a traditional 51mm portafilter. It can't grind fine enough for that. And i assume that a 58mm portafilter is absolutely out of the question... A bit dissapointing that i now have to get a second grinder to handle the situation... But perfect for Outins espresso makers...

Despite using beans as recent as a week after roast date, and a variety of doses and roast levels, I simply cannot achieve a fine enough grind. Outin support have confirmed the grinder is working within its normal range so, unless it is user error, it does not seem to grind fine enough for me to get a long enough extraction and therefore my espresso shots have to be watered down into an americano to make the shots palatable. I've decided to move back to my 1zpresso J Max for better results. 3* for the convenience of it being a portable electric grinder and will keep for if I move to pour over.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Rory S.","date":"2026-08-26T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Great for daily use and travel","body":"I'm one of the first early adopters and I'm still very happy after more then year. It's the perfect size for the perfect amount of beans for two cups from our French press and we love how easy it is to use. First, the grinding size is seriously not fine enough even when I use it with OutIn Nano. It doesn't always comes out with the crema even I'm using some fresh roasted beans. Secondly, I have been using it for about 3 months of time and the battery is dying.... in the beginning once I charged it, it can runs up to 5-6 times before the next charge. But now I have to charge it almost every single time before I use coz it can't even grind one full cycle if I don't charge it. Can tell some issue with the battery. Seriously I would like to have it refund or some replacement... I still give it a two coz in the very beginning it works fine.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Remy E.","date":"2026-08-02T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Morning routine just got better","body":"This grinder does a great job and letting me ease into my day versus the 2min drill first thing in morning. The grind consistency is excellent, especially for espresso, and the adjustment system makes dialing in a shot simple and repeatable. What impressed me most is how premium it feels. It’s solid without being overly heavy, and grinding is surprisingly smooth even with lighter-roasted beans. Whether I’m pulling espresso at home or making coffee on a job site, the Fino gives me confidence that my grind isn’t the weak link. As someone who enjoys making specialty coffee where people least expect it, portability matters. The Fino is compact enough to take anywhere while still delivering the performance I’d expect from a much larger grinder. If you’re pairing it with the OutIn Nano or any quality espresso setup, the Fino is an easy recommendation. It’s become an essential part of my daily coffee routine.","verified":false,"images":["https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0777\/0754\/2706\/files\/outin-fino-portable-electric-coffee-grinder-customer-photo-5a4e49e29413e3ee.jpg?v=1792401239","https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0777\/0754\/2706\/files\/outin-fino-portable-electric-coffee-grinder-customer-photo-6edbd0df99921c41.jpg?v=1792401241"]},{"author":"Charlie H.","date":"2026-06-07T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Perfect match!","body":"I enjoyed using this with my nano. It worked when I first got it but then had some issues with it not working. So took apart to determine what might be the problem. Next up I reached out to support to get some assistance as the burr was not fitting appropriately. After getting that squared away I am now having issues with it grinding for a few moments and then it sounds like it is reversing the grind and then goes back to grinding and then reverses itself grinds a bit more and then stops. It will not start without taking the burr apart. There does not seem to be anything clogging the device that I can tell. I turn it on again and it does the same thing. I have repeatedly taken the device apart to get it working again. The cordless design makes it easy to use and store, and the fact that you can just load the beans, press the button, and leave the rest to the device makes coffee preparation smooth and quick. Enough to say that once I tried an espresso from freshly ground coffee, there was no going back.\nI only brew espresso, so I can’t speak for other methods, but for espresso the grind consistency has been excellent. The battery does a pretty decent job too - with 2-3 coffees brewed every day, it lasts for around a week and a half. The grinder charges really fast and is easy to clean: the burrs are easy to access, and the included brush makes it quick to clear out residual grounds.\nTo me, it is a bit too heavy to carry around, but paired with the Nano, it makes a perfect match for my super‑tiny kitchen, letting me brew quality espresso I never thought possible in such limited space.","verified":false,"images":["https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0777\/0754\/2706\/files\/outin-fino-portable-electric-coffee-grinder-customer-photo-85acc85953dcfd5b.jpg?v=1792401253"]},{"author":"Theo H.","date":"2025-10-08T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Perfect.","body":"The grinder is excellent. I’m impressed with the thoughtful design and solid build, not to mention Outin’s customer service is excellent. Because I prefer med-dark on espresso, the Fino has no problem pairing with the Nano. It’s with pour-over that I find it struggles with too many fines, making it difficult to dial in with consistency. I love the fact that it stops automatically when its done, most others I used either kept going until you stopped it manually or they had some timers that you had to start over and over again. I just throw it in my backpack with a pod already loaded and one in the water reservoir along with a small flask of hot water for my coffees and to make a cup of tea for my walking buddy. A hot drink on the go and I can check easily if there is enough power in the device to work. I also carry the grounds basket if I've taken the pain to ground some coffee with my OutIn bean grinder. I'll put the fresh grounds in a container or pouch to carry or preload and put in a container to pop in like a pod. I noticed my colleagues at work display their bulky Nespresso type machines in their office corner but I can hide mine in the drawer or backpack and make one anytime I want. It's just amazingly portable. I highly recommend. There will be a lot of sad faces when it runs out of power but it is so convenient for an electric gadget. My fav Handpress requires no batteries or charging but the prep work to enjoy the coffee is not so simple like the OutIn. The grinds have come out consistently and the coffee has been tasting good! I really like how much time it's saved me, and it should also be noted that it's relatively quiet - as someone using this at home in a small apartment, it matters. Each click of the grind adjustment is both an audible cue and a satisfyingly crisp touch, precision you can feel at work. The integrated, adjustable hopper stays put, making true one-handed operation possible (well… with the small exception of adding the beans 😊). I’ve never seen anything quite like it in a portable grinder!\nThe polished steel dosing cup isn’t just a design flourish—it ensures effortless, mess-free transfer. Even its grinding sound sets it apart—not a loud mechanical whir, but a subtle hum, as if mimicking the rhythm of a hand grinder.\nAnd for those building their own espresso setup, the seamless integration with the OutIn Nano makes it an even more compelling choice, bringing precision and convenience together in a way rarely seen.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Theo C.","date":"2025-05-20T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Great and amazing !!!!","body":"I was waiting for this Grinder. All I can say is I can not see how they would have improved on the grinder. They very kindly got it to before we did a 3 week trip to The Yukon and Alaska, my Outin coffee maker and grinder came with me and served perfect coffee for 21 days of the trip. I had no doubts in any of the Outin products I took (Nano, Grinder, Storage case, Universal stand and Nano stainless steel espresso basket, vacuum bean storage jar) basically all the Outin collection. This grinder is no different! Set the grind level and let it do its thing. They have thought of everything because the grinder base also doubles as a portable container for the ground coffee, and, if you have the Outin Nano, you can transfer the coffee from the base into the portafilter without losing any grounds. I was previously using a 1zpresso hand grinder, which works great, but having an electric one is really convenient. I took in on vacation with a bag of light roast beans (which instructions say to avoid as the beans are hard), and it powered through them like a champ. My only complaint is it is a bit slow. If using with the Outin espresso maker, set that up to start heating water first, then move onto setting up grinder. in the time it takes to grind and prep puck, the water is almost finished heating and you can screw on the coffee before the pump activates","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Sasha Z.","date":"2025-05-14T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Powerhouse In A Small Tube","body":"I purchased the Fino to add to my mobile espresso grab and go kit. I dial in a new bean in 2 tries or less. It performs consistently, is easy to use, and easy to clean. I brush the threads off before attaching the funnel\/adapter, and a large camera blower bulb does the rest. The battery lasts 2 weeks with 16-18g\/day.\nBefore the Fino, I used a modified $40 hand grinder, adding a locking nut to hold tiny adjustments, adding an adapter for a cordless drill. But that is a hassle to dial in, required constant disassembly and thorough cleaning to keep dialed in, and it wasted so much time every morning.\nThe Fino is precise, leaves my hands free, and is unbelievably portable. And the best part, it's so very well priced. I feel like I got the best of: convenience, usability, portability, and even price.\nI highly recommend the Fino and think you'll enjoy making espresso with it.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Lima L.","date":"2025-05-14T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Loving it!","body":"Have found the grinder fantastic in its first few weeks of operation. Very little retention and no trouble at all. Got to remember to check for how its charge is running down though. Compared to the OutIn coffee machine which lasts a long time with me using hot water, the grinder (understandably) runs out of juice faster. Have also had to give it a shake everyone now and again and hit the grind button again just to make sure all of the beans have been ground. I wish I had this device back then!\nIt’s easy to use, well built, compact and it works! I was able to adjust to espresso fineness and the shots have been excellent. I love that it works seamlessly to transfer the grinds before pulling a shot.\nA few caveats. It’s relatively heavy, especially if you’re also carrying the coffee device. It doesn’t have its own case, as of yet. I was expecting that I would need to send back to grinder and go through an elaborate process to do a replacement\/ warranty claim, but after sending videos and photos of how the grinder perform, outin decided to send another grinder no questions asked! Amazing customer service, they didn’t even need me to send back the old grinder. They have turn me from a user to a fan! The grinds look to be very consistent. Grinding takes about 1 1\/2- 2mins for 16-18 grams of coffee on setting 2. I have a minor issue where mine does not grind all the beans in the hopper. I will have to shake it and listen for a rattle to see if all the beans were used. If I hear it rattle I will run the grinder again. I had to grind 3 times once to get all the beans out. That only happened once though. I periodically clean the port where the grinds come from but have not took apart the grinder to clean the burr itself yet so maybe the burr is slightly clogged.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Sam X.","date":"2025-05-13T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"Quiet and precise","body":"Made both pour over and espresso grind worked flawlessly. I did have issue with the charging port as it was loose and hence 4 rating. Support was exceptional in replacing it with a new unit which is working great. It is expensive for what it does as you can get ground coffee for travel and at home you have many choices. However, I got it as it was on promo and it would complement the machine.","verified":false,"images":[]}]
